Friday April 15th: PDC Auditions - mandatory, closed audition (no parents/spectators)
3:30-7:30 PM Check in starts at 3:00 PM
No Audition Clinic! This is similar to auditions in college--no clinics. This also shows how fast dancers pick up combinations.

* Every person auditioning must have every current teacher complete teacher recommendations. These are confidential! Students must email current school teacher he/she has and have each teacher fill out and electronically submit a recommendation online.
Complete all forms online, print one copy to bring to the audition, and submit each form online.
At Check In on April 14th, turn in the following completed forms signed and stapled to the audition at check in. These forms must be turned in on time to be eligible to audition.

PDC REQUIREMENT/Pre-Requisites:
+ 2.8 GPA, no Fs.
+ Enroll in B-8 class, and every Tuesday 2:30-4:40pm.
+ Additional days right after school for extra dances (1-2 hours depending on the dance).
+ 2 weeks before our concerts, every day after school.
+ "HIGHLY encouraged" to take Dance 3 (which is UVU concurrent enrollment credit) for all PDC members.
+ PDC members are not required to take Dance 2 or Dance 3, but it is highly recommended if they plan on continuing taking PDC in future years or if planning on going for State Sterling Scholar.
+ "HIGHLY encouraged" to continue taking dance classes in studios to keep up technique.
+ Male and Female dancers welcome! Must be willing to work, try new things, and be dedicated!
+ Attend our Summer Dance Camp.
+ Attend at least one these festivals (Shakespeare and/or Nationals).
+ Attend State HS Dance Festival.
+ Attend one Service, Fundraising, and Social per semester :)
